Since February 1, 2020, we, Bert and Linda van de Kamp, have started an exciting adventure in the beautiful Austrian village of Weissbriach with 710 inhabitants, located in southwestern Carinthia. Our B&B the "Berghaus Weissbriach" is located 850 meters above sea level and has a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains (Gitschtal). Feel the warmth, enjoy the moment during our enchanting campfire evenings.
We invite you to discover but above all to enjoy everything that our beautiful Gitschtal has to offer. With a warm welcome, attractive accommodations, a wonderfully sunny garden and of course our personal hospitality in traditional Austrian atmospheres makes our place unique. Thanks to our unobstructed 360 degree view of the mountains with the sun all day long, “Berghaus Weissbriach” is a paradise to spend the night.

1. Beautiful Winter Setting: The location offers beautiful views of the village's family ski slope, guaranteeing a picturesque and atmospheric winter experience. We are happy to organize winter BBQ with campfire evening, which makes the atmosphere even more cozy.
2. Winter activities at your fingertips: There are plenty of winter activities available, all at your fingertips. The trails run through our garden, the famous Weissensee is only 15 minutes away for skating, there are great beautiful ski slopes in the village and in the Nassfeld ski area about 20 minutes away. Free bus services stop in our village to take you to the ski areas. Winter walks and tobogganing are also possible.
3. Easy access to amenities: You have a supermarket such as Spar and a bakery within walking distance. Moreover, there are cozy restaurants in the village within easy reach.
4. Cozy Gartenhutte: We offer a cozy Stube for our guests, where they can enjoy a breakfast buffet, play games or relax with a good book by the wood stove. A perfect place to enjoy the winter atmosphere.
